This crap is only good for fat loss, if you want muscle size you gotta hit the gym hard and heavy none of this pussy shit.. I can get ripped to shreds in 30-45 days and lose all my muscle with fat but whats the point of being skinny and ripped i prefer to be bigger and ripped, so if you want muscle mass you better hit the weights, if you want to be a skinny ripped like these guys then buy p90x.

Fun fact about the fitness industry, 90% of the positive comments are people paid to say it works. This shit is retarded, the only way to get fit is a good diet and WEIGHTS(for men).. I tried a workout plan like this when i first started working out and it made my body composition WORSE, as it will with 99% of people.

This program works for both building muscle or getting lean. You can tailor the program to your needs by adjusting weight/reps. I feel and see improvement from week to week on this program.
